Had to continue on from another post, it was crazy long! Ok, so I'm starving and I really want you guys to attend all the events you can for Fashion's Night Out. Therefore, this is what I am going to go. I'm going to hurry and post the rest of the events and retailers, which means I am going to directly quote cause I am about to head to Chipotle across the street. Ok? Good. That's why I love you guys. Straight from the heart, no middle man here.

Kenneth Cole
610 Fifth Avenue (at Fiftieth Street)
New York, NY 10020

"As part of the Fashion’s Night Out global celebration of fashion on September
10, 2009, Kenneth Cole will host an event with a special live musical
performance by Matisyahu at the Kenneth Cole New York Rockefeller Center store
(610 Fifth Avenue) starting at 8:00pm and ending at 11:00pm. Matisyahu was first
featured in Kenneth Cole New York’s fall 2008 critically acclaimed national ad
campaign, “We All Walk in Different Shoes” and in Cole’s book, “AWEARNESS:
Inspiring Stories about How to Make a Difference.” A Hasidic Jewish reggae
rapper, Matisyahu challenges people to break boundaries and embrace the
unconventional with his unique fusion of music and religion. He will be
performing the hit single “One Day” which was released earlier this year by Epic
Records-Sony Music. Cole is also asking everyone to PLEDGE ALLEGIANCE TO THE BAG and doing his part to remind consumers that shopping is not only their right, but also their patriotic duty. He will be creating a limited edition “Pledge
Allegiance to the Bag,” an eco-friendly tote made from recycled cotton canvas
which will be sold at the event. As the tote was created to help pay down the
national debt, it takes its design inspiration from the US currency and features
graphics similar to those used by the US mint. In addition, the Kenneth Cole New
York Soho store (595 Broadway) will also participate in this initiative with
extended store hours. More details on September 10th will be available at
www.kennethcole.com/fashionsnightout ."

punks leer at Edie look-a-likes; and things (still) go bump in the night. When
twilight descends over New York City, come out to your favourite M∙A∙C store –
special DJs spin, canapés served, danger boys mix with androgynous girls, and at
our SoHo store, Janelle Monáe will make a special guest appearance. Not in
Manhattan? All five boroughs are planning wicked events, too. Shop the Style
