#4 A Loud Sigh
This is actually a word, but is a non-verbal statement often misunderstood by men. A loud sigh means she thinks you are an idiot and wonders why she is wasting her time standing here and arguing with you about nothing. (Refer quickly to No. 9 for the meaning of nothing.)
#5 That’s Okay
This is one of the most dangerous statements a women can make to a man. That’s okay means she wants to think long and hard before deciding how and when you will pay for your mistake.
#6 Thanks
A woman is thanking you, do not question, or faint. Just say you’re welcome. (I want to add a clause here - This is true, unless she says ‘Thanks a lot’, which is PURE sarcasm and she is not thanking you at all. DO NOT say ‘you’re welcome’ - that will bring on No. 7).
#7 Whatever
Is a woman’s way of saying, “F*#% YOU!”
#8 Don’t worry about it, I got it
Another dangerous statement, meaning this is something that a woman has told a man to do several times, but is now doing it herself. This will later result in a man asking ‘What’s wrong?’ For the woman’s response refer to No. 4.
#9 Nothing
This is the calm before the storm. This means something, and you should be on your toes. Arguments that begin with nothing usually end in “Fine”.

So we all know summer is basically coming to an end, but I don't like to think the cup is half empty, I like to think the cup is half full. THEREFORE, what I am saying is, enjoy what's left of summer! No money, no prob! There are lots of free things to do here in NYC, there are no excuses people! And if you don't live here, I suggest you move immediately! Yeah, I said it. You know you want to anyways. So who likes freebies? EVERYONE DOES!August 10th, the film The Magnificent Seven will be playing on the Lawn at Bryant Park, 5pm.
August 12, the Kazakhstan film Tulpan will be playing at the Socrates Sculpture Park (in Queens) and it begins at sunset.
August 12, Pier 54 presents RiverFlicks for Grown Ups. Sex and the City will be playing at Pier 54. It begins generally around dusk, like 8:30pm. Free popcorn!
August 13, Blondie x Pat Benatar x The Donnas (Basically a kick ass girls' night out) at Asser Levy Park in Coney Island, 7:30pm.
August 14, Pier 54 also presents RiverFlicks for Kids. Madagascar: Escape to Africa will be shown at Pier 54, around 8:30pm. Free popcorn again!
August 16, a screening of School Daze at Habana Outpost (757 Fulton Street at South Portland Ave.), 8pm.
August 17, the film Close Encounters of the Third Kind will be playing on the Lawn at Bryant Park, 5pm.

We’re still the same NYC fashionistas our loyal followers had come to know and love from NY Style Diary Blog. We’d learned and grown so much since our earlier blogging days that we wanted to try a new medium of expression. So, the evolution into Boys + Clothes is a shared energy amongst us women who are unapologetic, driven, and confident. We’re not afraid to say what’s on our minds, wear what we want, and go after who we want when we want him. Who is the Boys+ Clothes audience? Real Girls..... rebellious, unconventional, lip gloss shining, 6 inch heel, Marc toting chicks with boys, clothes, and success on their mind. What can readers expect as far as fashion content, is there something for everyone from the uber trendy, the curvy girl, or the typical fashion magazine? Readers can expect the fashion department to do the total opposite of any publication. Our readers can expect the direction to be fashion forward but relevant and authentic enough to where it mirrors the everyday, sassy, fierce looks of around the way girls of every shape, size and creed. A typical day for the women at B+C includes? A typical day would consist of checking & responding to emails, researching, reading numerous magazines, and having conference calls. We would also attend events to network, hanging out, and more. How long has the B+C team been working on this magazine? It was five weeks and we did it! What can we expect from the next issue and future events? Our next issue is the summer double issue. It will have the combination of fashion and music.
